Urupiy recovered a navigtor weather charm (hos) from a canoe house on Woleai where it had been hanging undisturbed for over thirty years.   Malushoirong, the paramount chief of Falalis, Woleai hung it up before he died in the late 1960s and the community would not touch it because no one felt qualified to perform the proper chant to "release" it.
