Chief Tawermwai of Satawal gave the order for Togomei to blow the largest triton shell horn (tawi) I had ever seen used in Micronesia to call the men and women to dance.  Togomei was instrumental in helping Urupiy to perform the Pwo ceremony for the initiation of navigators on Lamotrek Atoll in 1990.
